I picked up my baby tonight!!! :happyanim:

Ahhhhh....complete bliss...for those of you who are waiting for your baby, hang tight because the wait is VERY worth it..... I got a lot of people (in the dealership and out) commenting on the color combo and the wheels...I have to say I was worried about the 308's but when clean they look sharp on this combo. The ride home was just sweet...quiet, I didn't do anything other than just cruise and enjoy and ride.....BMW really did an amazing job with everything.

Hey big congrats to you! I'm glad you are enjoying it. I'm still waiting myself, it's so hard. I wish I would have done the PDC or something cause I'd already be driving.... another week or 2 and it should be here finally, it shipped on May 12th.

Nice spec, post some pics if you can! Looking forward to hearing more of how you like your X3 in the coming days.:thumsup:

Thanks...if your shipped on the 12th it'll be real soon for sure! iDrive is really easy to use...very easy...you just need to play with it but it's cool. I need to get more windshield time for time driving reports...I'll have that by the holiday weekend for sure!!!!!

Will definitely post some pics over the next day or two...I need a freekin day without rain here in NJ so I can actually get her outside and looking fresh!! I'll post them by the weekend...got a freshed up garage for her to sit in too

Tomorrow my friend tomorrow....I'm so jammed at work I need to get some time to myself to take some pics.....unfortunately it was dark when I got home tonight and I have to be in NYC by 8:00 am tomorrow and then off to Yankee Stadium (no i'm not driving her in) for a game...

I'll be home by sunset to get some sweet pictures in the afternoon light and in her freshened up garage!

Nice, I can't wait till I'm in your shoes. I'm hoping it will come earlier than expected, can't wait for sure!

I hear you on the weather... This year in the Seattle area has been horrible beyond belief. Today was supposed to be sunny, but no cloudy all day and now that the sun is setting it cleared up, but back to rain the rest of the week... ugh. First thing I'm gonna do when I get my car is get the hell right outta here and go on a small trip to somewhere sunny! :lol:

Looking forward to the pics, they definately help hold me over while I wait! Congrats again!

Hang in there too WTT, I know it sucks but think of it as a practice run. you can really put this one to the test before your shiny new one comes;)

Yeah, that is the only benefit. I'm learning on this one and playing with it and putting the miles on it instead of mine!! I'm babying it though like it is mine...just can't help myself! In the 1+ week I've had it, I've already washed it 4 times! Can't wait for you to get yours!!!

I gotta take some tomorrow...went to the Yankees game today and just got home from the "after game"......don't want to be moving the car around right now for pictures if you know what I mean! :)

I'm off tomorrow and Friday so I'll have lots and lots and lots of pictures to post. I think mine will be the first mineral silver with the 308 wheels so I'm sure everyone is looking for some shots of those...I promise I'll have them up tomorrow

I nearly went for mineral silver with 309's. That's a beautiful color. I think it's classier and much more unique than silver. Congrats!

Thank you...more pics to come soon.... yes I really like these wheels and the color..I have to admit I was nervous at first but after I picked it the color really blends in nicely, especially when the car has a sliverish tint and not a gold tint...also the color in person is different than in the pictures...

and the 308 wheels are completely different looking b/c in a photo you don't get the 3D affect that you do in person...they are awesome wheels
