So what are these bars? 2 black bars angled… and I see some are colored red or blue etc… just caught my attention as I thought maybe red would look good to match the red brembos… how are they red? Did these people wrap them or paint them or something ? Does it look weird for these to stand out with color? I assume that’s why they are black from factory so you don’t really notice them?

I thought about it but decided against it. I like the black grill look. I think it’s a better look than the m sport color grill inserts.

I like it personally, I think it adds a bit of elements to the front. I feel like people either hate it or like it so just follow your heart

So accurate.

Like the OP stated/asked, I wanted to add a little color/red, to offset all the black, and accent well with the red calipers. Also why I added the 50 year badges (splash of color).

Be careful when pressing the grills back in (at least on my 2019 one with separate grills) as I broke one of the clips. I think I didn't quite have the angle correct as I pushed it back in.

is there a way to get them on without removing grills, like from engine bay area? if not, can it be done by only removing 1 grill , at least minimize chance of breakage lol

well this guy made removal of the grill look easy, is this correct, just remove top clips from the front? if so, this shouldn't be terrible? LOL famous last words

I think after you remove the grill you still have the moveable air shades to deal with, right?

I don't think so as I don't see those on this car, they stay open 100% of the time, there are no flaps like on my m340

I believe that feature was deleted for LCI or maybe even 21. But it exists on some pre-LCI

I didn't remove the whole thing, once I removed the top 6 and middle one, I have enough space to install. The middle one is a bit harder as it's hard to reach so I eventually just give a strong pull, glad nothing breaks, phew!

Hope this help, I didn't needed to remove neither those taps down there nor the camera, it gives you plenty of space! Let us know how it goes!

Oh nice, so there are no clips at the bottom or they didn’t need to be un clipped ?

Done in 5 min. Simple. Looks good, you only see it if your right in front of it but that’s good not too loud lol.

Worth $16 probably not much more though
