Hi,
Probably wrong place to post my issue on here but I bought a new head unit from BMW for my 2017 230xi. After installation, there's sound and visual display but I cant adjust volume, some of my options in the menu are gone, back up camera not showing, bluetooth is missing. My question is what's my next step? Do i need coding like bimmercode?

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read (ECU) => Left-Click on desired HU_ENTRYNAV => Click on "Detect CAF for SWE" => Select the CAFD from latest I-Level shown (bottom one) => Select OK => Right-Click on HU_ENTRYNAV (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

So I went to the dealership to have it recode the headunit but now the idrive freezes. The error code is S 0273 and S 0275. What does this mean? And how to fix this?

Where are you getting these? error codes from?

Yes dealer coded new HU. Codes went thru but the idrive freezes. Codes were reported by the technician report. Technician suspects battery but can’t access becuz I have a customized subwoofer box that I now need to remove for access
