Do you mind posting a list of the parts used for your conversion? I'm contemplating it for my wife's X3 3.5, she hit a deer the other day, and it broke the headlight, foglight the bumper cover is cracked, black fender flare, etc..
Did you resolve the headlight issue I've read about? My X3 has the "adaptive/active" headlights so I would prefer to keep those, but, the LED lights are probably better anyway.

Thanks!
To be honest I do not recommend doing the facelift, making the headlights work properly is a big headache. I deactivated my adaptive headlights because the non-stop error messages were killing me. Also my high-beams have not worked ever, until recently I have figured out a way to make them work. Also, there is probably no way to make the angel eyes work since in the LCI vehicles the DRLs are controlled differently. I might actually be able to fix the adaptive issue, but still figuring that out. Lastly, LED fogs wont work, they will flicker even after coding. If your car had halogen headlight and you switched everything to LCI with halogen headlights, that would work fine.

Hey guys..

So I bought a 2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i with some light front end damage and decided to convert the car to LCI front and M-sport kit for the whole car.

What you need: (what I paid)

Front bumper ($130)
Front kidney grills ($65 for black double slot)
Front bumper center grill ($50)
Front bumper lower grill ($35)
Front bumper L+R bazels ($90)
Tow Hook Cover ($18)
Front bumper engine shield adapter ($40)
Headlight washer caps ($50)
LED fog lights L+R ($110)

Headlights (bi-xenon in this case) ($970)

M-Sport fender wheel arches (can't find the total price)
M-Sport side skirts L+R ($280)
M-Sport rear bumper ($120)
M-Sport diffuser (not bought yet)

I also installed high line LCI A/C heater control panel ($75)
I'm very keen on doing the same thing. Would you mind sharing the places or links to where you purchased all of these items ?

Hey have you tried looking at getting an auto electrician. You might have to code them into the computer. Please let me know im hoping to do the same.

Here's a pic, it's a black panel LCD display
That looks great, is it plug & play or does anything have to be modified/coded?

This is awesome. If I end up with an X3 I will try the same thing.
