Appears outstanding. If I got that deal today I would have driven it home no questions asked.

Since most of the great deals I've seen recently in this thread seem to be in the NY area, trying my luck up there. Will be in the area visiting family late December so if the terms really are as advertised maybe I can work something out. Crossing fingers.

What is cap? MF?

If I use base MF I calculate you got about 6750 off MSRP assuming payment doesnt include tax...so just an OK deal.

lots of back and forth, best I received so far:

MSRP: 66750
Selling Price: 59247 (11% off)
Incentive: 2750 = 1500 loyalty +1250 lease credit
Term: 15k/36mo
Monthly payment:790 tax included (5% tax rate)

question on the monthly payment, according to leasehackr I should be looking at 733, but dealer is saying his calculation is correct. any idea?
and overall how's the deal?

What is your cap/MF? Does your 59247 include the incentives?

Using 59247 for cap (just an OK deal) and base rate for MF I get 749 for payment...adding tax gets to 786.

59247 doesn't include incentive, final price is 56497

Payment before tax in that case is 669 with base MF. This is why you really need to know the numbers dealer is plugging in for cap and MF.

Even with max markup on MF I get payment of 706 before taxes. Something is way off.

I see what you are doing now...I get the 733 with tax if including 995 lease acq fee in the cap and you used base MF of 0.00128...if using dealer max MF of 0.00168 I get 772 which is closer...so dealer is most likely putting something else into cap besides acq and/or has bumped MF up from base.

check this out, if I add $900 dealer fee and do zero drive off, it gives me the exact 900 number dealer gave me.

OK, but do you understand why dealer fees are so high? They vary from state to state...here in IL limited to 179.81 for doc fees. Not including title and reg.

PS, thought your MSRP was 66750?

The dealer fee is just my guess at this point as the break down doesn't lead me to the 790 number.

MSRP is 66570.

It is your right to know the numeric specifics and you will see and sign for them on the lease contract...so for no surprises (or you can walk that day) you need to demand cap number they used and how it is calculated (acq included, fees, etc.) along with MF. Residual is set so you should already know that. Make sure you are aware of any payments you need to make. Usually on a lease only govt fees and doc fees.

MY2020 X3 M40i custom build order

36 month, 12k mile/year lease

October incentives (kinda forget by now what they were. I think about $3000 total)

MSRP $62,100

Drive off fees $2,400 (first month, doc, RMV, etc etc)

$732/month

Certainly not close to the *best* deals we're hearing about, but I think many of those may be deals for cars already on the lot. Happy with this deal for a custom order, and most importantly, loving the car.

Also- turned my F30 340 lease in to this dealer when I went to pick up the new car. They could have dinged me for some scratches, curbs, low tread, etc but let everything slide.

It's too bad you needed to rush. You could have gotten a Xmc for $60-80 more a month. I can tell you this and anyone wants to challenge me I will throw numbers but in northeast esp NJ NY CT MA, that metal just sitting. Real estate is sitting, Porsche suv are sitting, luxury suv pre owned sitting. My side biz is doing trends. I have followed for last 75-80 days over 147 suvs on lots. Only 17 xm3c have sold in 300 mile of grand central. So either BMW will supplement the dealers to sell before April—northeast in. summer ZR tires and limited winter options in these markets. I can tell u about RE too, it's soft. Don't read the stock market as the future, election year and it's about to get ugly. X3 m40 is the better buy and they know it and will be less generous.

I don't doubt what you say at all regarding the X3M. Yes, I was in a bit of a rush. I'm really happy with my M40, as of now at least I really don't feel like I would've wanted the full M. That'll be the next car.

Interesting you mention RE. I'm in the market for a house in the Boston area and we really aren't seeing the softening you mention. It's still 500k for 1500sq feet that needs a lot of work. Anything bigger / in better shape is easily 625+.

Waiting for the crash..

That’s exactly how my car negotiation went. M40i’s it was almost insulting what they were offering as “deals” lowest I could get before tax was over 700 a month with taxes and fees up front. The x3m I wound up getting was only a little more.

$68,670 MSRP
- 6,867 10% dealer discount
- 4,000 road home
- 1,000 BMW driving event
- 500 BMW CCA rebate
——————————————
$56,303 (did not account for taxes here) ~18% savings. Looking to qualify for 2.99% promo 60 months through BMWFS. What do you all think?
Anyone know if you can get both loyalty and conquest rebates? I'm sure the answer is no but thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone got both.
