I'm currently at 9.2% off MSRP including rebate on a 2024 X3MC. Anyone seeing any better these days?

That’s a great price for today but I bet my 2.26% APR 5 year loan from 2 years ago on a ‘22 with $5K less at the time for an MSRP purchase comes out to similar price range maybe even better.

It's for an open allocation. Spec'd online. 89445 down to 81184. Not including whatever CCA rebate I'll get. Sounds like you got a great deal too! 🤙🏼

Just wrapped up my build/deal and it's heading into production.
MSRP 88945 Sale price including rebate 80184 That's a 9.85% discount including rebate. BMW CCA rebate will take it a bit lower. Full send into production. 😈 |

Dang that's a deal! Where at in AZ? I'm debating an M40i, yet if I could snag a deal for an X3MC that's just $10k'ish more I'm not sure I wouldn't say no to it. Tough choices. |

There is currently no rebate incentive on the m40i. So it's all up to the discount off MSRP that you negotiate. I love my current m40i. It's a great car. But you may be better off going full M. Currently a $2000 credit on top of whatever you negotiate. And if you have time to wait, ask for a build allocation. Spec it how you want it online and give them the code. |

Factory Pick Up Spartanburg
Total noob here, so go easy. I live in SC and can easily drive to the BMW plant in Spartanburg, SC and pick up a new 2024 X3, do the factory tour, track experience, etc, as part of purchase. Went to my local BMW dealer, they said they can give me the same free experience if I buy local, and drive up to the plant myself. Told me there was little to no financial incentives to buy online and do the factory pick up. Said they could sell me an on the lot vehicle with better incentives. I don't think they were blowing smoke up my rear. Only advantage I can see to doing the online purchase and factory pickup is that I can get an X3 to my exact specifications. Did the local test drive and liked the 30i best. Pretty open to colors, options, etc. Their on the spot offer was MSRP -$1,000, only if I took their financing offer. I plan to pay cash. I see on the BMW website that I can get -$3000 off with USAA Military Retail Cash offer. Didn't discover that until after I left. Am thinking I should be able to negotiate closer to 8-10% off MSRP. Their offer on my trade-in was fair. I've got lots of time and can visit 3 other BMW dealerships 2-3 hours away. I am in no rush, can wait a long time. General thoughts from all you wise ones out there? TIA P.S. What is a build allocation with code?

^ The dealership only offering $1000 off MSRP on a 30i is highway robbery. The least I’d take is 8% off. Sadly, some dealerships are still operating like it’s 2021. Personally, I’d look elsewhere, as it seems like they’re prone to game playing.
An allocation is a slot for production of a vehicle. You can get one from a dealership and then spec out the vehicle to your liking on BMW’s website, which will generate a unique code for your build. You provide that build code to the dealership and the production process begins from there. Also, this is the X3M/X4M forum. |

You’ve got the right idea. Just shop the best offer between the 3 dealers and see who is willing to beat it. We’re approaching the end of the year, so I’d bet you’ll get a solid deal on a 30i. Good luck!

What’s the market now a days? I’m currently the owner of an 18 f80 m3, looking to order a 24 x3m. I was offered 6000 off msrp on ordering a new x3m. What do you guys think? MSRP $91645 selling price 85645 (1500 loyalty plus 4500 discount).

Not sure if you’re leasing, but if so check out the Leasehackr Marketplace. Some brokers offering 8% off X3M orders.

Just ordered a ‘24 X4MC. I was able to get an allocation using a broker from Leasehackr. 4% off MSRP. My first M car, coming from a ‘21 BMW 540i.

I am just questioning so many things about the new X3, even just the lack of a sunroof that actually opens! I have no need for it since I have another car, but I ordered a late 2024 for myself just in case, because I really dislike the 2025!
