Mako wroteuseful for those which love the handling of the normal sedans but live in countries with real shitty roads and high ground clearance makes you drive with a little more confidence. Thats is why i chose the x3 over a 3 series sedan
BUT this does beg the question, why the 3/4 series GT if you are going to have an X4? and what will be the price point, right in between the X3 and X5 which is pretty close already?

bbg2d wroteIf it looked something like that, and was a 2-door, was AWD, and was available with a manual transmission (with manual foot clutch), I'd buy one in a heartbeat!As posted above, this would be the ideal compromise for someone who deals with challenging road conditions on a regular basis. Plus, it would likely be able to tow, something that the 3 and 5 series aren't very good for.
Hoping it looks like this... and would like to see more renders! Can't seem to find any more like this.

The X3 doesn't quite speak to me - the new model is technically fantastic, but the look still says "cute mini-SUV" to me, which will keep me out of it. This car looks more aggressive.
Maybe a good choice for people who want a high-performance, aggressive driving vehicle with some utility, but can't or won't spend $80K on a nice X5 or a Cayenne.
