I searched and found a couple pictures of people with non-oem wheels.
Anyone else? Please post what you have! For me I don't know if I want to spend $3000+ on a set of OEM. Looking for a set of 18" to mount some winter tires.
Let see yours!

Considering the following for my winter set up.
17" Rial Salerno

18" M6 Replica
http://www.modbargains.com/ModBargains-M6Wheels.html
For tires depending on what size wheels probably Blizzak WS70, Michelin X-Ice, or Dunlop Wintersport M3 all non-RFT.
Opinions?

XB101 wroteWow! They are both awesome. However, I would go for the 18" M6 Replica as those wheels will keep the original BMW flavor and the gunmetal color will make X3 even more aggressive~And the price are pretty good~Considering the following for my winter set up.

I was also thinking about getting those 20" M6 Replica or VMR V710s unless modbargains will have 20" X3 310M replica wheels in the future~

Actually both set of wheels you can have BMW center caps. Only 17" Salerno available for the X3 how. There are lot of people with these on the 3 series, just do a search there. Both the Salerno and the M6 reps are nice IMO for secondary set.
bmwparts forless have 310's.

THe M6 replica wheels look awesome! I'd love a set of those in 20" for my X3, but do they make them in that size? I only saw 18/19" listed in the link above

XenaBimmer wroteI believe Modbargains have. They do have 20" rims for the M6 replica. As well as 20" for X5M, X6M rims. But X5M and X6M rims may be too wide I am afraid.THe M6 replica wheels look awesome! I'd love a set of those in 20" for my X3, but do they make them in that size? XenaBimmer wroteIt should. For 20" M6 rims are 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. For tires you can go with 245 front and 275 rear I guess. Will those 20" M6 rims fit on the X3? If so, I will probably be picking up a set of these

Looker. wroteDo you know if the bolt pattern is the same? I'm also wondering what the offset would look like. I don't know enough yet about the stock X3 wheels to be able to compare for fitment. I have the 18" M sport wheels for the 28i, so I'm wanting a bigger size obviously, and more offset wouldn't hurt either, however, I don't want to tires to be poking out the side of the wheel wellsIt should. XenaBimmer wroteI would check with the BMW service department to see if that can perfectly be mounted on the X3 or not. I think bolt pattenr is the same. Offset should work fine as well cuz you have the ET35 option. The only thing I am not sure is about the tires. You can check on the BMW accessory website to check what sizes of tires they are using for the OEM M6 wheels.Do you know if the bolt pattern is the same? Have you guys considered about the following 2:

I feel they look better if we can get them fit on the X3.

Looker. wroteSo my 18"m sport wheels are a 35 offset? The XM wheels may be to wide though. Personally, I like the M6 look better

XenaBimmer wroteYeah, you are right. XM Wheels may be to wide. However, I've notice the suspension of the X3s are quite high and it may fit those wheels. And that's also need to double check with the service department. I am pretty sure 10" Wide is definitely good for Rear wheels but not sure if 10" Wide is also good for Front. The stock fronts are 8.5.So my 18"m sport wheels are a 35 offset? Also, have you considered the VMR wheels? They do look nice too!

Those are also $900+ a wheel. Too rich for me :-)

I was under the impression that the price listed was for a set of four, so the 20" M6 replicas would be $1000 for instance. Am I wrong? If so, $1000 is far to much to pay per wheel for replicas!

Here is a question. +35 offset would stick out more than +45, or is it the other way around?
