Hello, I am running the last available OTA 03.2025 but recently I am getting this error every time I drive and I have tried to reset the system by pressing volume down for 30 seconds (2 time reset) but the issue persist.
Have anyone experienced the same issue?
Is there any fix?
Thank you!

The fix is to take it to your dealer!

A full reboot is performed by holding down the volume button for 70 seconds with the engine running. You can release the button when you see the ‘OK’ message after 70 seconds. I’m not sure a full reset will resolve your issue.

I gues you have 03/2026.32 installed.

With the update the camera seems to be more sensitive than before. The message also appears when wearing sunglases but also comes up now or then when you have bright sunlight in the face.

You can try switching the sensitivity in the assistant settings.

Yesterday afternoon I did the 70 seconds reset again and it resolved it only for the rest of the day because today the same error popped up.
I am in Bulgaria and I have 03/2025.45 :smash: everyday I click to search for update but nothing, not sure why is not getting at least any of the updates from last year.
The camera sensitivity is set to normal.
I will be taking the car to the dealer next week.

Since updating to the latest SW I am also now getting this error frequently. (UK based)
Having glasses on seems to increase the frequency.

How can you reduce the sensitivity?

I will pick up my car from the dealer in about an hour and they said they will reprogram it but also told me that if I have installed a screenprotector which I do (Temper Glass, not film) may also cause this issue but for me it is very unprobable because this start happening in the last few months and I have this protector installed for a year already since I bought it so I doubt it could be a problem but let's see what they will do to the car software as I am in Bulgaria and I am still running the SW 03/2025.45.

Do you have a screen protector installed?

You can adjust the sensitivity in the Driver Settings, there is an option of the Attention Camera (Sensitive, Normal and Off).
