Hello - This is my first post so hopefully I added it to the correct forum.

I purchased a 2025 x4M in Feb and all was great until a couple days ago when a handful of my apps disappeared from my nav display. Apps such as weather, traffic, drive recorder (even though this was purchased when I built the car), all my music, all the apps in the Apps module and my Climate Control is set to off with no way for me to turn it back on.

I have tried, to no avail, to reboot the system. No updates are needed, checked there as well.

I called BMW Assist (ooff) and they basically told me that the car was de-waived from my account and therefore does not exist and they cannot link it back to my account without my sending in proof of ownership. My other car, 2019 m4, has no issues (although no active ConnectedDrive subscription on it), they can see the car linked to my account.

They are unable to tell me why or when the car was removed/unlinked from my account (my issues started a couple days ago so I assume at that point). They also could not tell me if someone requested it was removed (I am the only person driving/who has access to the car) or if it was a system glitch on their side. Helpful.

My question is .. has anyone experienced this type of situation before? I really don't want to send them anything unless absolutely necessary. I am curious if maybe there is a server issue that is causing this and will resolve itself.

Any help, thoughts, ideas would be absolutely appreciated!
