I have a X4 F26 from 2014 and I wanted to add to the BMW app (MyBMW) using an IPhone, but after i inserted the VIN number it says it is not supported. I called the BMW, they just told me it is not supported, without any additional info.

Do I have any chances of getting it right?

I have updated the MAP to 2025 latest edition for maps and I wanted to have real time information about traffic (Traffic Information).

Or is there something to install or upgrade from BMW?
