Which one do you run for daily? My car is on stock ecu tune. I just tried stage 3 and it’s wild but reading in the details it’s not that much different than stage 2. Just to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear on the car should I use stage 2 until I get the car tuned?

Been running stage 2 for a while (bout a year). Never tried stage 3. Don't require the super hard shifts - not generally racing and i had that similar fear of whether or not one was harder on the transmission. So far so good. I did mine around a BM3 tune so it's a bit hard to tell which benefits are from which.

Really like that it lists the gear you're in at all times. One thing I haven't had time to investigate is my vehicle seems to shift really early under relatively normal driving. Probably good for MPG but also just a pain as i'd rather be in a zone of more power. Probably need to reset some adaptations......or maybe i'm just going crazy.

I’ve been running 3 since installing it

It’s only crazy with the shifter slid to the left

Stage 3 since I got it. You can adjust settings to make shifts smoother.

Stage 3 on our 20 X3M, it is not harsh or brutal at all. Takes about 200 miles for the adaptive tables to full set in.

Thank you all for the shared experience. I drove for a bit and didn’t notice any hard shifts even with the shifter slapped to the left.

Tried one launch control and it was ballistic.

Can you share some of your custom settings? I am thinking about leaving coasting on, stop-go and starting from second (this one still not sure about). Also have been wondering if I want to mess around with the ignition cut off shifting.
