Do not believe the 5 star reviews they offer you something for a 5 star review. This company is trash not only did it take them a week to ship my charge pipe out but after 240$ to a shop it was the wrong charge pipe. Have been emailing them for days now no response back. They do not stand behind the product and have no customer service what's so ever.

Edit-So they haven't responded to me at all until I left a review. Even then asked me to remove my negative review never if I could I'd leave 100 of em. Unless he's talking about the automated bs they got set up. So finally I tried to install the charge pipe I got myself after 3 hours of trying the charge pipe did not fit onto my intercooler. I've read multiple stories of the same thing happening to others. So after wasting 240$ at a shop and 3 hours of my life. I asked them for a refund and they respond with well you pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. That would be great if it was MY FAULT this is 100% VRSF FAULT. So why should I pay shipping and 15% restocking fee now their not even responding to emails any longer. This company is run by a owner who just cares about stealing money and not customer satisfaction I'm sure he's going to leave another comment down below about some bs. Do your self a favor and go with a different company this one is not it people. I'm planning on making a complaint with the bbb this company has to be stopped.

DEFINITELY DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM VRSF. bought a charge pipe and overnight shipping. it costed me 71 dollars and they never specified that i needed a signature. i need my part today and fed ex took it back because they said i needed a signature which also didn’t specify. i checked the website order, my email confirmation, and fed ex all before my package arrived and nothing was said about any type of signature. Now i paid 70 dollars for no reason and my product is coming late. i will never order from this company again and i suggest if u do never to buy their fast shipping its a straight scam. i contacted them and asked for a refund on the shipping and they told me no because they said they told me i needed a signature in my emails. i rechecked those emails 3 times and couldn’t find the spot where they told me “i needed a signature” i have photo proof and still tried to get a refund and still no response or anything back from the company. now im forced to not have a car for the weekend and have to wait until monday to get my product and then fix my car. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL BY THEM AND SUGGEST NO ONE ORDERS HERE. As for me i’m already done with this company unless they wanna refund my 70 dollar shipping.
