In the US, the official online manual site is: https://www.bmwusa.com/owners-manuals.html

I just tried the BMW manual app, and it's mostly not working for me. I can navigate through the table of contents, but nothing is shown when I actually try to look at the leaf pages. Videos do work, though. This used to work a few months back.

So is the content different and more useful than what we get in the owners manual?
All of what is on the BMW drivers guide app appears in the hard copy of owners manual. There appears to be a few extra sections in this version...it has 408 pages!

Same for Canada. Got all my manuals in the glove box
Ok, then maybe since we get the vehicles here in the US for a lower (often much lower) price than the ROW, we can't complain. :happyanim:
That's all I got.
ok, checked about a quarter of the hard copy vs. the app. Each section word for word including images. Couple of additional bits of reference in the app and I like that you can bookmark pages in the app for later reference.

I'd say pretty damn good app

EDIT: And...there's all those embedded vids as well

I'm (still) trying, but anyone that has (2018 or 2019) PDF version of the manual, can someone post it here (if not illegal to do so)? At least with PDF i can annotate, bookmark, etc. Trying to copy and paste into OneNote from online manual, isn't quite working for me (yet).

Thanks much.

I called the genius and they emailed me the PDF in one day. This was after waiting several weeks and no response from the dealer.
I'll try this route too tomorrow.

I think you can also bookmark sections in the App, and the search function is fairly good (much better than the one used in this forum) :smash: Besides, as fellow members mentioned already, the embedded videos are great!

:sigh: You got me there, i.e. my n00b'ness has been with the online from web browser, but glad to know that the Driver's Guide App is bit more functional in that regard with bookmarking. Yes, the included video tutorials are great. The searching too...

Thank you for posting that! My build is in progress and is in Quality Check stage, but I cannot get the manual through the app. I have the full VIN, but it just tells me that there is no document available.

Anyone know at what stage I should be able to use the app to get the manual?

It's been a while, but I think mine became available 2-3 weeks after the car was built.

Does anyone know if you can purchase the printed version of the navigation/communication manual for a 2019 yet? I prefer the printed version that the car should have come with in my opinion. I can even live with the $35.00.
