I know this is an old post but hoping someone will reply. Has anyone has issues with shock absorbers wearing out due to lowering?

I have a 2016 X4 M40i that I lowered with H&R sport springs on factory electronic dampeners.

I have about 63k miles and have developed a nasty, intermittent vibration at speed from 60 to 85 mph and was wondering if it may be worn shock absorbers.

Wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this with or without lowering.
