Anyone install these as of yet on the X4?

If so best practice to get them off clean?

Plastic wedge tool and pry...

Mine were done by the dealer, but I had found a thread which showed it wasn't too difficult here.

So we were able to get them out and installed.

I ordered the mirror caps and the interior trims too for my carbon black X4 M40, but have to wait for the car to be delivered first to show pictures.

Your caps look nice! I prefers these over the ferric grey ones....

I am thinking about doing the carbon interior I have the brushed alum and trying to justifiy the additional 1k :/ Besides it being awesome...

Awesome justifies it, don't see anything else.......

But you could try "my life quality improves when having them, so I'll get ill less and so my medical bill decreases with a substantial amount"..... solid business case ;-)

I'm considering carbon interior as well, central console is huge and aluminum looks kinda boring.

I did them on my X3, assume it's the same.
It's tricky man, I used pry tools etc. Think I ended up breaking a clip or two on each out of maybe 10 clips? idk...

It was tricky but only because I was worried (and did end up) breaking a few clips...

1-10? maybe like a 3... but upsetting when you break a tab...
