Check map Version. If you have NBT2 Head Unit, you will have Europe EVO Map (not NEXT map), in which case it would be capable of OTA Updates, and then if VIN has Subscription, it would receive the updates.

No, the interface will not change. You have CIC Head Unit, and need PREMIUM Map. What you see on newer cars is NBT Head Unit with NEXT Map. What you will get is new streets, additional POI's, additional 3D Maps, and improvements to the routing algorithm.

Only option is to update what you have.

Only way to get newer look is to retrofit whole new Navigation System.

On NBT don't you think it will be possible to update the firmware to get the new interface with icone that will be available in April ? (Look like the new one on Serie 7)

No, I doubt that will be possible. I think different hardware is needed. Regular NBT2 EVO is not Touch Panel, and does not support Gesture Controls.
