jonsc wroteLooking great. If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase the LEDs? I'm assuming they have resistors built in to avoid any re-coding?Personally, I think they are really worth it for the price and make quite a difference if you notice the little things. I upgraded to LED bulbs for mainly two reasons, one to get rid of the amber bulb reflection in the front, and the second one to give the car a more modern look when the brakes or turn signals are on.
The turn signals on the mirrors are LEDS so I wanted to keep the other turn signals consistent throughout the car. The instant on/off of the LEDs looks much better than the incandescents. Also the rear brake and turn signals are brighter than standard now.
RIC3BOY wroteI tried three different brands of "error" free LED bulbs just to find out that all of them still gave me bulb malfunctions and the sellers told me after that they do not work on my vehicle. It was a lost cause so I just coded to disable the bulb checks on the car. I bought these for the front turn signals and these for the brakes and rear turn signals.Looking great. VinX3 wrotethats for one side, left and right sold separately so its $124, still not bad at allWow $62. This will be my first BMW, and I thought their parts are more expensive than that.
nyalpine90 wroteI did. I will buy the millwork tow hook plate holder once the car is near the end of production. I also have the swift motorsport non-motorized hideaway plate sitting inside the closet.you should ask the dealership not to drill holes in front bumper.
you can get plate holder screw it on bumper, (designated hole to pull the car)
