Installing winter tire: check!
Ready for real winter condition Can't wait to try the car in deep snow.
Very happy with the wheels, they look amazing IMO, almost too much for winter |

I'm interested how they work in the snow. I've got M3's for mine too but you'll get the snow first

Agreed but here, most of the time the roads are slippery so we can't drive aggressively Also during spring, roads are awful so having more rubber will save the wheels too! Honestly this is very hard to tell the difference between 18 and 19 by looking at it (1/2'' around). I haven't tried them much this morning but the ride is surprisingly firm and precise for a winter tire.
@troggy1969: we already got some but I want to try after a big snowstorm! |

I had similar wheels on my previous e46 and got no vibration issue (nothing compared to steel wheels with hub caps) but I will be able to tell you after this winter |

Ok thanks. I guess most people are running a 35mm center bore with aftermarket. I have been getting places telling me 35 is perfect and other telling me to go with a 45mm.
I don't think having more space between the spokes will make it vibrate more. Vibration mostly occurs when you have a build on 1 side of the wheel. Also the larger diameter the wheel is the more build up you can have between the wheel and the caliper. |
