Does a 245/40/R21 stock tire fit a 9.5Jx21 wheel?

Im looking if 245/40/R21 stock tire size for X3/X4 M40i will fit good or bad a 9.5Jx21 wheel (the 892M style wheel from M Competition). Will it be too stretched compared to the rear? The rears will be 275/35/R21 on a 10Jx21 wheel I cant find photos or an answer to this.
