My X3 build, estimated finish date?

I ordered my X3 April 6th. Today I looked at My garage and the car moved up three spots to enter paint booth and enter assembly line. Any idea on a time frame on when it may be finished? I’m trying to time selling my X6 to CarMax or Carvana in addition to going on vacation next week. Do you think I still have a few weeks to go? This would be ideal. Or do you think this sucker is gonna be done like Monday? I live in Charlotte and was planning on picking up at the Performance Center in SC. Thanks if you have any insight to how long your car took from this point in the timeline.

I have read on here somewhere that a PCD can add a few weeks to the schedule. It seems like I read someone's car was finished in April and the earliest PDC date they could get was mid May???

Who do you know at BMW that got your April order built in 3 weeks!?!?!?

You should have already coordinated that with your dealer. Have you?

He said we would set it up as we get closer to the car being finished.
Obvious being so close to SC, there is not much to setup, other than paying for the car.

Gotta schedule it with the Performance Center, though.

I have to assume your car is close enough to being done at this point where he should be scheduling that.

Like others said, I think you should have already coordinated PCD. This car will be done in a couple of days and ready to ship. And if something does not happen soon, it is going to your dealer.

Talked to the dealer. The X3 is actually done.
He said it will be 10 days to 2 weeks at this point. Obviously the car could still get caught up in quality or what have you. He said to pick up at the performance center would be 3-5 weeks at this point. True? Who knows. *♂️ He said we would be on their timeline and they are doing small groups. Again, who knows. But regardless, the car will be in my hands soon

Does a performance delivery still have to go through the VPC? If so that delayed my car for a bit back in March. I’m in NJ and it was around 2 weeks from production to arrival at my dealer. Slow to go through VPC and took 4 days with the transporting when it should 1 maybe 2 days max.
