Completely normal to continue cooling engine. Your auxiliary water pump runs too and continues cooling turbocharger. It's all part of the strategy for optimizing engine life

That just means you're driving it correctly. I try to always drive it hard enough to keep the fan running after it's parked.

Normal. Also a good idea to let the engine idle for a bit before turning it off after a spirited drive.

Gotta get that engine cool! You’ll see f1 teams do this with blowers and dry ice when the cars are no longer running.

Totally normal and X3 M40s have been doing it since the start in 2018. If I give the car a good "work out" I'll try to drive it a bit soft before turning it off. As Summer approaches in the northern hemisphere you'll be able to hear it after just regular driving.
