is it worth swapping Cont for mich ? I found a shop who is offering to take my sc6 and give me new PS4S for $600.

Yes. The Continentals have good grip but everything else about them is substandard.

That's a good deal if the MPS4S are unused.

I was planning on swapping out my Conti's later in it's lifecycle.

It depends on your driving style and If you're a cruiser then no.

If you don't do it, I would. If they want to do it twice, I would.

let me do mine, and i will post his info. Maybe he will do another set or two. but for now he said to wait on more sets.

I have had both and the Michelins are superior for sure and have much less road noise I find and will probably wear better also. The conti's are decent but for 600 bucks I would probably do it.
