wheel spacers

guys, who has 265 295 tire setup along with wheel spacers? going to install Michelins 265 295 AS4 next week and thinking to put 10mm spacers, but read couple times here that the guys just installed tires and fitment is perfect. if anyone can share some pics with this setup+spacers will be great just to see how it looks and if necessary to get the spacers.

thank you

I believe there are a few threads out there with pictures of that tire size with spacers. The tire width on a 295 is not different enough from the 265 to give the look of a spaced out wheel. Some people are fine without spacers, but if you want to be flush or close to flush with the wheel arch you'll still want spacers.

tried to search but search tool doesn't work, not sure why. would like to be flush not poke out. I think 10mm would be ideal. if anyone can still post some pics here will be appreciated

Search function in bimmerpost hasn't been working for a while…just google "bmw f97 [insert topic]" and that should get you what you're looking for.

I agree with you. There are enough people active on here that are willing to help. I have 295s with no spacers so i didn't send photos. The search function does not work for some time now and it's frustrating

Check out the 2nd pic here --> https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...9&postcount=54

These are aftermarket wheels, but I had the offset done to simulate 10mm spacers. I have the stock size up front and 295/35 in the rear.

265/40/21 front + 15mm spacers
295/35/21 rear + 15 mm spacers
Lowered on MSS at the lowest setting

It does rub on the very big dips/bumps on the highway but overall it does work! So I'm sure you'd be fine with 10mm especially if you aren't lowered.

Just for the sake of comparing, this is my 2021 X4MC with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons 265/40/21 on the front and 295/35/21 on the rear. No spacers. After seeing how awesome snowhiteM4's ride looks, I really really need MSS.

here you go, that's the way how the response should look like with no giving a direction what to do and other shit like this. thank you so much for photos.

i think 10mm on all 4 corners will make a perfect complete look. I'm gonna swap the tires on Tuesday if my shop got a time for me and will see in real if ill be needed to put 10mm spacers. will post couple pics here too so other guys will get a note for themselves.
