jtd, the big question - for me and ROBNYC: is it better than my Klappenshalldämpfer?
Since you supplied the video with the Russian car with Klappen - what is your opinion? ![]() Note: Klappen is designed and manufactured by Red Arch Engineering and Manufacturing in the UK - I suspect they allso supply to the M40i. |

Cars in European Delivery are baby'ed for 300-500 miles then hard-break in after that. It's here in the USA some ppl tend to follow slow break-in to 1,200.
Well I mean when it comes to M engines at least I' know a few members who do hard-break in. This being an M-tuned engine, depending on what the manual say, I am opting to do a 500 mile break-in as in the video.
