Not a bad price for a low mileage and not beaten up x3m.

I am seeing prices in the high 40's but people don't realize they are buying a x3m with 3 previous owners and 40k miles. Half of them in my area have been tuned and look horrible due to road conditions. The other half consists of people beating the life out of their leases and just turning them in.
