Just want to inform you of a scam Title reads:

"F25 X3 Roof Rails" asking price $150.00

Seller send me a message in my in box.

"Hi, i have the roof rails in mint condition if you're still interested. Shoot me a text when you can 470-222-4744.

We texted and i sent money to seller $170.00 through zelle with scammers email: lizettegonzales607@gmail.com

After sending the money the seller is nowhere to be found. Too bad my first purchase on this site and i was scammed...left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Never use Zelle unless you know the buyer or meetup in person for the exchange. No buyer protection.

The email address already sounds fishy. I always use the phone number.

Looks Like that piece of crap already has a lot of classified posts selling all these random things and these forms. I don't know why they are not banned yet.

Since Zella has to link to a bank account and verified phone number, you might be able to get your money back by working with authorities.

I did file a scam alert with Zelle and my bank, but I'm not expecting much help in this situation

This site is littered w/scammer scum and the mods have done flip all about it from what I can see.

We need a "scammer section" like other forums & call these cockroach scum out for what they truly are. This will at the very least minimize the risk.

Sorry to hear about your financial loss, lesson learned, hopefully never again.

Venmo now offers purchase protection also I believe. Not sure what/how good their dispute resolution process is compared to Paypal

This guy just tried doing the same thing, thankfully I googled the phone number. His post history was so benign, thats why I did the google search. He is under alias "BMWtrii" as well

I'm also wondering why there is no reporting method for scammers?
