Absolutely. Just didn't want specific dealer or broker data to get involved. I posted the LH link though, which has all the pertinent info

I don't think the dealer or broker name was ever mentioned or specified. That's why I wasn't sure why the details weren't outlined a little more directly here.

But that's okay. Saw you LH link. How did you get $8k or 9% off of MSRP... ?

That was the initial offer. I took it. Phone call was less than 5 mins. Had a build code shortly after that

In NOR-CAL (northern California) it looks like folks are getting 8-10% off sticker / MSRP on 2021 X3 M & X4M's...

Does this look & sound right to you... ?

It's a bummer the only factory incentive for the 2021 models is the week little $750 loyalty credit. Kinda laughable if you ask me. Where as the 2020 models had a nice $3,500 lease credit + $1,000 loyalty credit.

So the current incentives are only 1/6 or 16.6% off what the previous incentives were / use to be. If you picked up one of these beauties up last year like I did, then the chances are high that you got an exceptionally good deal. A perfectly legal steal almost.

The only leverage point I currently have at getting a new 2021 is that the TrueCar prices in my area are showing a 5.5% off MSRP. Guess that's better than nothing right... ?

One there's still a pandemic with MF rates at an all time low - though recently creating up, tanking lease residuals and smaller incentives.

Bonus, there's a global semiconductor shortage that's significantly impacting the auto industry causing options being removed or temporary suspended for some BMW models.

I see... But what is the percentage they were able to take off the sticker price for you?

Not entirely sure of the exact percentage but adjusted capitalized cost was about 68k so about 10k off msrp. I should also mention this was end of November. 2021 x4m (non comp)

No wonder. The deals that are now here in 2021 don't even come anywhere close to those discounts & savings...

I have about 8 months left on my M3cs so I thought I'd sniff around on what a X3Mc would lease out as in my area.

83k MSRP discounted to 81
10k per year
0 down
1200 per month which includes PA use tax

They refused to disclose the MF, fees etc. which is probably a microcosm of the deals out there right now on these (or lack there of).

No way, I would just get an M5 that is what I'm going to do.

That's still a little steep. Keep you M3 CS (very rare car) & find a better deal. Around here we're seeing the remove 8-10 off MSRP. They can do better & have them work harder for your business!

Good luck. If you don't like the deals for the F97/98 cars, you will be sorely disappointed with the F90 deals.

You can see the numbers I got on a custom F98 build above, which took about 3 minutes on the phone. It wasn't bad at all, but I agree, it was right next door to F90 lease payments, so I canceled my order, luckily before it went into production.

I just ended up doing a lease assumption on a 2019, which made a boatload more sense, at least for me. Some excellent cars out there. Deals were much better on them the last year or two. They're pretty much garbage now.

We will see in the next few days what March brings but I'm expecting more of the same unfortunately.
I'm trying to get into an X3MC this month but I might try to hold out until May-June. Lease transfer might be the way to go, but SAL has only a handful right now.

That's horrible. I would wait it out if you can, the same deals last year will be had for these eventually. Nothing has magically changed/improved for this car in the last year.

Not really helpful, but posting to support your claim that deals were way better last year. I purchased my X3MC in May for 18% off MSRP (~$84k) and got .9% APR for 60 months. At that point though, BMW was throwing 6K at the car, in addition to any dealer discounts.

Wow, that is an incredible deal - lucky you grabbed one at the right time!
I just am curious as to why BMW has zero incentives right now - are they selling well or are dealers not really carrying a lot of inventory?
I don't foresee any major incentives like this until mid-year/summer (if we're lucky) when potentially the new model is introduced.

I'm also wonder why most of the incentives have dropped off in 2021. I know the vaccine is out not for the pandemic which should help stimulate sales around the country. But was exactly does a $750 rebate do for any of us. Close to nothing actually... LOL
