Tack on $1500 for set of Pirelli scorpions mounted and balanced.
Actually, you really need a new set of wheels as well - 21" relatively wide nice shiny OEM rims really aren't what you want through a New England winter.

I was able to strike a deal when I got the car and got black OEM 20" with Scorpions for $2,600. For a car I am leasing!
What is the model number on the oem 20s?

That is a solid deal for OEM 20's. Congratulations I didn't want to run a square set up. We get a lot of snow but I don't have to be out in the worst of it. I ran an All season staggered set up on my F15 50i....315's on rear and was awesome on the snow.

Running on the nice OEM 21's wasn't my first choice but I keep the car clean.

Discount for "factory order" X4MC

What is the going discount for december for an X4MC NOT on the lot or available nearby? I see that there is the $1500 loyalty credit and $2750 lease credit, and a number of people have been getting around 10% discount off of MSRP before incentives. Will that also be a valid expectation for factory-ordered car?

Sample deal (this one is closer to 10% off):

BSM X3M Comp
MSRP: $80,335
Monthly: $749/mo + your local tax
Due at signing: 1st month, DMV, acquisition fee.
The deal assumes you qualify for the loyalty credit.

BMW of Oyster Bay - Ask for Anthony or here's his cell 516-805-8567. Tell him you saw this post here from Ken

MSRP $83,845
Lease Price $74,483

Paid my last two payments on my M3 of $799 ($1598)
$2,289.94 total out of pocket
Lease payment was $860.56
I made my total out of pocket $4,400 and my lease payment is $809.
(It would have been $758 had they not applied that money to my last two M3 payments.) That INCLUDES CT sales tax of 7.75%

I emailed over 35 dealerships between CT, NY, and NJ - This was definitely the best. I also learned that NY doesn't charge a massive doc fee like other states that have to. Makes a difference!!

Dude Rallye picked up 83695 today
750 but got down to 735 36/10
Drive off at 750 was 4500. I paid a bit more to get my monthly to 735. My drive off was taxes (8.625) acq fees dmv.
They took my 2018 m3 with 11 mos. left and bought it out for 52695. A wash no negative equity.
Boom that's a deal!!!!

Looks like 2020 X3M & Comp will stop production in 3/2020.

Rates were lower in December - 2.99/4K incentive which changed to 3.35 and $3,500 in Jan.

Wasn't December 3.35 and 4k incentive? I don't recall seeing 2.99 published?

It was published - I checked before we went to the dealer and it’s what we got on the loan.

On December 20, I negotiated a solid deal. Total of 15.59% off including incentives.

36/12k miles

$81,795 MSRP
$9,255 off (11.31%)
$3500 incentives (4.27%)
$69,040 purchase price
$2,000 drive off (first months + ultra small portion of taxes)
$900 payment. Would have been in high 7s to low 8s if I put more down. But I like to keep my cash when leasing.

Called a ton of dealers and got some matches to get here. One dealer that couldn’t match said it was a great deal and I should act fast.

All the numbers/discount look great... but it seems like they may have screwed you with the money factor (or you were negative on a trade-in?)

leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=81795&s ales_price=72544&months=36&mf=.00128&dp=372&dealer _fee=85&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=3500&untaxed_inc=0&r ebate=0&resP=60&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=9&demo_milea ge=0&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true

if you check out your numbers on the leasehackr, you should be like $787 a month. Also you leased... did you not qualify for the BMW loyalty credit? Then the incentives would be $4250. Maybe your dealership had weird fees or your state has crappy taxes?

I just bought my X3MC on Dec 30th and I made SURE the money factor was as posted in this forum (.00128). I got 10% off MSRP plus $4250 in incentives.

Congrats. My numbers are different because all the taxes and fees got rolled in. My drive off was $2k (1st months + $1100). Also, I'm in GA, where taxes are levied upfront, so $2300 in taxes + dealer fees etc got added to cap cost before incentives and my drive off net of 1st months.

Another thing is the residual isn't 60% like your leasehackr calculation, but rather it is 57% for 36/12k in GA

Finally, I didn't have a BMW before so no loyalty credit for me. My total incentives were $2750 + $750 conquest.
