Photoshoot: 2020 X3MC with Powdercoated wheels and Custom Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel

Hey gang! I've been a member of this forum for quite a while and a member of the BMW community for 15 years. I've had about a dozen BMWs from M roadsters to X6Ms. My wife and I took delivery of our 2020 X3M Competition in November of 2019 but I just got around to having my talented brother-in-law shoot some pictures of it a couple of weekends ago. We had leased a 2019 X3 M40i and then when the X3MC leases got aggressive we threw the X3 on Swapalease and took delivery of the following:

2020 X3MC in Black Sapphire
Sakhir Orange Interior
Exec Package
Driver's Assistance Package
Ventilated Seats

I've done a few modifications listed below:
-Custom Carbon Fiber flat-bottom steering wheel from CarbonLedSolutions
-Powdercoated the 21" wheels gloss black
-Powdercoated brake calipers gloss red
-15mm Spacers all around from RG Sport
-20% Tint on front windows

My impressions of this car after 6,000 miles are: this is a phenomenal car. It is absolutely perfectly balanced, sounds amazing, looks stunning and is a versatile practical rocket ship. I thought the X3 M40i was amazing but this just makes me smile from ear-to-ear every time I am behind the wheel.

nice ride, perfect ext/int colors

i would recommend getting rid of orange reflectors and front license plate (i know it's required (i have to also), but i never put one on

due to it ruining the look of the front area). just my $.02

Thank you! Ah the front license plate kills me but it is required in NY. Nothing I can really do about it.

Thank you! I think the 15mm spacers allow just the ride amount of poke and don't feel any different in terms of ride quality.

Thank you! It really is stunning in person. Sadly the heated function no longer works. But it's okay, I never really used it anyways.
