Thank you . They werent my first choice, but since this is the wifes car, I didnt want her curbing 6k wheels. It settled quite a bit on the 60 mile drive home. I will do a write up and post some pics tommorrow. Big thanks to Ben, he's the man.

Looking forward to it. I still haven't decided between a GLC63s and X3MC. LOL.

I think silver wheels on a Black car look amazing. I've run Satin Black/ Black with machined lip wheels on Black cars for the past 5/6 years. I think I'm over them now. The pictures of your car put the final nail in the coffin. I need to get all my wheels refinished now. I'm thinking about repainting my M2 and S63 wheels in Satin Mercury Silver now.

I don't have spare, so side covers have to come off just so I can remove the railing before I can see the strut top.
Can't wait to see your car's pictures with MSS springs installed. Did you lower them a bit?
I think I lowered it too much. Haha.
Looks like you have some room to spare. Go lower!

I'll pull my spring out and cut the bump stop in half.
And put pillow on my seats. Haha.

Hahaha.

Cuz you didn't say "I live with the ride quality, I just want it rub as hard as it can".

That was the motto back in the 90's.
If it doesn't rub, then it is not low enough.
U-Turn gotta be 50 point turn, lol.

I remember those days VERY well. I've vaporized more rear wheel inner fender liners than I can count! I had an 04 ZO6 slammed so low, that I got high centered pulling into the Chevron on the corner of PCH in Laguna beach, on a Saturday night no less. 3 guys walking by had to push the car forward to get me unstuck!

Polk high- 4 touchdowns in a single game!!!!!

Good to know- when ready, that's where I'm going to get it done. Are you running on OEM tires/wheels?

Has anyone needed to adjust their headlight level after lowering? I haven't driven my car at night yet to see if my headlights are aimed to low after I lowered my car.

very curious about this, isn't the headlight direction relative? Or is there some sort of underlying technology that has it pointed in an absolute height?

I would think that as long as you lower the front and rear equally (i.e. by 1" at each end), which would retain the 15mm factory rake, you shouldn't have to re-align your headlights. Then again, since you will be lower to the ground to start, you might lose a touch of range on your lights. Aiming them upwards a touch may counter the distance loss, but then you might start glaring other drivers.
