Is this a good deal? I could use some advice.
Looks like 8% off MSRP. For a 2020, my first instinct is that it should be more. Tell them your friends are getting 9-10% off 2021 custom builds, so it should be more for in stock 2020s. See if they budge. Otherwise I assume the rebate is standard amount (it comes directly from BMW), so do not factor in your calculations. Only negotiate on % off MSRP.

Does anyone know how long the delay is for the carbon fiber trim? Trying to place an order for a newbuild in the USA. Dealer says it will be a delay but is unable to determine how long it may be. Thanks

hello all

I've just placed an order for my very 1st BMW, this is a X4M Competition (only variant available in the UK market, no option for vanilla X4M)

Spec price is £90,220 with options this is it here: https://configure.bmw.co.uk/en_GB/configid/u7a6u4r7

UK BMW dealer contribution is circa 10k at the moment purchased through carwow with their discount total came to almost £16k.

Purchase price is just over £73k which I am completely happy with as i've about 10k again to put in once trade in comes around on my 2018 RS3. This will be approx 63k PCP @ 2.9%
I was waiting on the 2021 RS3 8Y Saloon, but the inside looks awful on the 8Y A3/S3 and Audi PCP is around 6.3%, so I've jumped to the X4MC

Factory order and still waiting on a build number, expected early 2021 - perhaps Feb??

Reading like crazy to catch up on the X3M/X4M group and questions wil be incoming at some point ready for mods post break in service I am already interested is lowering and BM3 from what I've seen so far on the site, cheers guys.

It’s arrived in the UK, lockdown starting again next week, maybe be difficult picking it up in a few weeks from the dealership

Hello everyone!

Just placed my order this past Saturday for my first ever BMW. 2021 X3 M40i, Phytonic Blue, Shadowline, 20" Wheels, and most options except cooled seats and M Diff. Got a horrible deal, so no chance I am posting my price. Still excited nonetheless.

Need to figure out a good tire replacement though, or buy winter wheel/tire setup for it still.

I have a similar setup minus the shadowline but including the bad deal. Still worth it!

X3M40i Build

I will be picking up my X3M40i build next Friday at the PCD in SC. I can't wait! My build is below. Received 10% off MSRP plus $2,500 in incentives, not the best deal but I am happy with it.

Congrats! 10% off before incentives is an excellent deal, enjoy the drive back to VA. That Glacier Silver is a great color!

Thanks! It was Glacier Silver or Carbon black but I haven't owned a dark colored car in years so I stayed with silver. It should be a fun drive home, staying Friday night in Asheville and hitting up the blue ridge parkway and Linn Cove viaduct before heading home.

I get it... had space gray on my BMW's since 2003 so the blue was a change for me. Enjoy Asheville, I spend a lot of time there.

Any recommendations on places to stay or eat? Will try to hit up a brewery or two but still haven't chosen a hotel yet.

Sure, we have stayed at Aloft which is downtown and kind of funky/modern.... pets allowed. Also stayed at the Hilton Biltmore Park, a short way from central Asheville but located in an open air shopping mall. Grove Park Inn is also very nice...

For breweries, Wicked Weed has a great location near dowtown with excellent food and the Funkatorium which is focused on Sours if that is your thing. There is a huge Sierra Nevada brewery and restaurant to the south near the airport and the food is excellent well. Smaller breweries I would check out are Burial Beer, Catawba, Hi-Wire...

For BBQ, there is 12-Bones, Luellas...

When my wife and I go down, I plan on going to Trapp Door. She went down for work trips and I met her down there once. Great beer menu and good food. Also have driven to Sierra Nevada Brewery, good food, and good beer.

Just completed my order. Got 11% off and $2500 in incentives on a 3 year lease. Went through a broker so am down $399 but well worth it to get a decent deal with little thinking on my end.

We have a mini 4 door (the 3 cylinder which is literally this engine cut in half) that we'll sell and it'll be my first time with a bmw since I sold my e30 325is. Excited to enjoy a straight 6 in what will probably be our last ICE vehicle. Here's my spec...
  • Alpine White
  • Shadowline
  • 19" Wheels
  • Cognac Vernasca Interior
  • Aluminum Trim
  • Driving Assistance Package
  • Executive Package
  • Adaptive Suspension
  • M Sport Diff
  • Rear Window Shades
  • Trailer Hitch
  • HK Surround
