Mannnn I used to love getting the latest AA road map from a cheap store (thus I was always n-1 in the years stake ;-). Reading a map book should be made a fundamental part of a driving test for lols.

I was always a fan of the Thomas guide. Grew up reading those. My dad would have me navigate for him using that. Came in pretty handy later in life being able to read a freaking map which so many people cannot nowadays

The most useful accessory would be the V1 Gen 2 radar detector, for some reason my X3 seems to get away from me speed wise. The V1 Gen 2 is mounted on a BlendMount.
Hey does that blend mount cause any additional mirror vibration during driving? I had one in a Passat of mine a while back and it would make the mirror less crisp on highway driving and such.

I’ve got the same one. It came with the car and I had no idea it wasn’t OEM for a while. My only complaint is the noise the fan makes when charging is a bit loud.

The Drop Stop are the original ones . Saw them on Shark Tank and ordered them that night . Probably the best add on interior accessory. They work so well !

Oo, I'm assuming you're talking about an official charger that BMW sells you?

That just upsets me. I've been watching all these videos on how not to destroy my battery, yet I'm very tempted to install an aftermarket wireless charger... What to do...

That’s what these are for, unfortunately not a factory option in the X3 M40 series of cars.

Respect to all Army, Navy and Airforce pilots who’s had to experience that in real life…..as it must be brutal!

I totally agree with this comment. It works as a phone heater! Bmw sells this option for $ 570.00 and it is completely useless. For me it’s the biggest disappointment with this car so far.
