Recent service: 60k mile service done including brake fluid, new ceramic brake pads, 4 new tires (Pirelli P-Zeros), new OEM windshield. I have 6 new Bosch spark plugs I will include with the sale, if I haven't gotten around to installing them.

Oil change at 61k at BMW of Loveland including inspection with video (no issues). All prior work done at BMW dealers with the exception of the brake fluid/brake pads at 60k, and I have paperwork for all of the BMW visits.

Under warranty through Carmax until April 2026 or 100k miles, with a $100 deductible.

Bone stock 2018 BMW X3 m40i AWD with just over 60k miles. Brand new OEM BMW windshield about 1500 miles ago. Everything works great and it is in excellent condition. Fast, fun, and great in the winter. It has wireless Apple carplay, wireless charging, heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, rear window sun-shades, full panoramic sunroof, BMW navigation, lane departure warning, parking assistance plus (self-parking), heads-up display, M-sport suspension, M-sport brakes, M-sport exhaust, B58 inline-6 turbo engine, and much more. Clean title in hand. Clean Autocheck report from when we purchased it in April of 2021 and we have had no accidents during our stewardship.

Carmax warranty is transferable to the next owner and can be included for an extra $1000 added onto the selling price.
