Recall 23e-a03 my2013 x3

I just received this as well. A little bummed though, as I do not live in one of the 11 states listed. Also, my car is over the miles. Pretty whack though, because the fuel pumps are known to fail on these. Replaced mine last year at about 135,000 miles.
