Are you guys talking about updating the NAV maps? I need to do that on a 2014 X3 28i and don't know how or what software to use. Any advice?

Thanks for the advice Shawn. So it's due too old version of the 7zip program that could not open the zip file.

Without connecting the obd, these what I found in the esys connection tab. Vin is empty but it say for wireless and I did not specify any gateway either. So I assumed is auto connect via loopback 117.xxx
