I would like to get clear PPF for my X3M.

Can I get some recommendations for any reputable shops in Chicago suburbs?

Another is JJ’s Auto Detailing. He’s done each and every family car of mine. Both paint corrections and PPFs. Located in the burbs near Orland Park I believe.

Understated Detailing in Glenview. Mario is real pro, endorsed by BMWCA. Auto Pros have a great rep but will cost a grand more.

I went with Luminescent Detailing for ceramic coating and full front PPF on my X3MC. They are further out in Lake Zurich but was worth it and highly recommend them. They even have a wheel guy when I curb rashed 3 days into owning it. Fun fact they are also next door to IND-Dist so check out the X5MC, red Supra 3.0, and X3MC in the parking lot.

My wife & I just bought a 2021 X3 and are interested in PPF and/or ceramic coating.

What did it cost to have it done at these locations? We live in the city and are shopping around for quotes.

I live here in California but would agree that Xpel is top notch. And IND is a superb shop. The paintwork they do on all their parts is often higher quality that the factory specs pieces are.

Check out LUSTR in Palatine if you are north of the city. They didn't do my X4M but did do my M4 about 4 years ago. Still totally satisfied after all this time.
