Thats why these vehicles should be leased and dumped every 3 years, they are now changing like iPhones. No worries about PPF, aftermarket setups etc.

Been thinking the same but which brand is the question. I other brand offers the performance and all around ness like bmw. Because they are trying to keep their top models selling which is ridiculous. Imagine a macan at it's true potential. Would be a no brainer

yeah. I think the g80 grill can look alright. but they really messed up the lower fascias looks really bad. the overall design language just doesn't seem right anymore.

Glad I got a ‘21 after seeing this. It’s like they wanted it to be closer to the new m3/m4 but stopped halfway
Only thing I want are those black rims

Idk if it's placebo but I'm liking the new lci X4m a lot better than the pre. I think I may get this next year when I turn in my G20. Interior is good and I like the standard M adaptive.

One thing I'm hoping I can swap or change is the shifter paddles.

I want the shifter paddles from the new M3/M4. Way more sportier and aggressive looking

Yep. Taking a page out of the Tesla playbook where radical changes can happen at anytime.

Like clockwork, the tail light and every other change is just utterly unbearable for some. I like the pre-LCI bumper better, but man, LOTS of dramatic people here chiming in who will never own one, lol.

The LCI looks so much better than the pre-LCI. And the power bump is icing on the cake.

Salty people that bought ‘21 should have done their research. We all knew the LCI was coming for ‘22 so quit acting all surprised lol. Pretty much LCI for any model makes the car better. The people saying the pre-LCI looks better are just trying to justify their purchase and hide their emotions lol.

wait to see the actual @rpm ratings as well as dynos. I still believe these are paper numbers. There is no way they bumped the TQ 37ft lbs and magically improved 0-60 3 tenths.
I wouldn't call it paper numbers. They confirmed new internals, including a forged crankshaft.
S58 has always had forged internals

Honestly, I like it a lot. Just not sure how I feel about the x3m tailights. When you put the pre-lci next to the lci, it's already looking outdated. It's going to be a hard decision the next few months to decide on 2021 or 2022. :

Frankly my pros list for the LCI was longer than the cons, but my design criteria that have drawn me to BMW is what makes it a NO for me. Connected grills, look terrible compared to the perfectly scaled grills on pre-lci. The whole front fascia redesign is busy, too angular and incoherent. Taillights are a negative as well. For those reasons, Im out. I purposely opted for a '21 model when I saw the leaked LCI, I just dont agree that this LCI made the G01 better design wise.
