Tire swap for summer?

I purchased my X3 in December 2018. At that time had winter tires installed directly on the SAV. The summer tires were left with the dealership. Just went in to get the summer run flat tires installed. Not sure if these are brand new summer tires as none of the rubber tabs are present. Should I ask the dealer?

New vehicles ship with new summers/all seasons. I assume you bought a winter tire package from them at time of purchase and they stored the summers for you, that came with the new vehicle.

So most definitely should be the same summers they removed and stored.
