how long until suspension refresh?

Any ballpark figures on she the suspension on the F25 needs a refresh? I know from driving my E36 M3 the suspension degraded slowly so you didnt realize it was bad, you just got used to it. And when you did refresh you felt like kicking yourself for not doing it sooner.

Anyone refreshed their F25's suspension have some suggestions on when to do it? 100k miles? 200k? or?

thanks

I'd say this is somewhat age, climate, and road dependent. Probably around or after 100k give or take a few.
