Is there really damage in the bumber itself? Or is it just that lip part?

If only lip, check www.realoem.com as I am pretty sure that part can be bought separately.

Based on the pictures, doesn't look like much damage if any to the actual bumper. I'd try grabbing just the lip part that mailman_fin suggested and see if you can replace it yourself, or take it to a local body shop and have them fit it. There might be a little metal on the bumper you or the shop might have to pound out or bend to get it to fit right, but could save you a lot of $$$.

I bet you can pop the plastic back in as well as the fender flares with a little bit of work. On the plastic peace that all looks like paint transfer. A little bit of lacquer thinner will get all that off and it'll look new.

Might need a bit of work with a heat gun or your wife's hairdryer when she's not looking to reposition the clips, which should leave about $2950 to get a mobile scratch removal tech to tidy up the rest!

A little bit of updates. Ended up spent $250 with a local garage.

The plastic is still bit loose but I am already happy with the result.

Do you know what the local garage used to remove the scratches?
