No pictures. Basically same as everyone else; tail lights, and rear bumper removal.

Is someone close to his/her G01 and could give me quick width measures when both side doors are OPEN.
I am not going to be close of my car shortly but would need that measurement quite quick and google does not help me. Only width measure including mirrors, which is 1891mm/74.45 in.

Thanks!

about 152" with both doors wide open. Widest is top of window frames by a slight amount. The lowest part of doors is nearly as wide if you are worried about garage space low, perhaps 2" less on span down there.

Here is a pic of my car with the bumper off which I was surprised to find really needed a severe bath. This pic shows the hitch already installed behind the sub-bumper. Super easy to bolt it on. I also attached a pic of a friend's car who removed the wheels which isn't necessary but thought made it easier to remove the three plastic fasteners in each wheel well.

There are step-by-step instructions from Stealth Hitch that are pretty descriptive with pictures. There's also an installation video too on eTrailer that I found useful. It steps you through the entire process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAe5BdczGz4

Had a lovely drive to London to take the kids to the zoo and see Buckingham Palace. The best part of the trip was driving the M40i too and around London. Survived the hotel car park also without any scratches or bumps.

Has anyone answered you yet? If not here's a pic of both doors open dimension. ± a few millimeters due to tape tension.

Bought those nice seat belt pads on Amazon. After a while, I found that they were getting in the way more than anything else. Now they decorate the back seats.

Calculated the MPG.

Just get back from a 798 miles return.

One tank of gas each way (399 miles in 6.5 hours) with about 120 miles left in the tank.

Wasn't highways so the maximum posted speed was 55 Mph. I did an average of 61 Mph (70 Mph most of the time) a few 90 Mph while passing.

I got: 7.44km/liter which convert to 31.1 Mpg (US) or 37.9 Mpg (IMP)

Best mileage from any cars/SUVs I ever had.

I've been there a few years ago when I was touring Manitoulin Island and surroundings. I remember there was a tourist information kiosk with life size figurines of deers at the intersection of Hwy 17.

Nothing crazy but I did put some weather tech floor liners in. Love these things.

Thumbs up finally activated CarPlay

I've activated Carplay using https://bimmer-remote.com/. It was done very fast, and support helped me with fixing the troubles I made.

Piano black gone! Satin black wrap from my local wrapper for 160 bucks! The satin resisted fingerprints better than matte black, to my eyes.

Got fed up that USA hasn't released this part yet so I ordered one on eBay from Europe. It's been over a year now since I found out about it.

Nice! How difficult was it to remove the trim piece?

Not at all. Just a trim tool and pop out the clips. Unplug the plugs.
