I don't know but I would go to the BMW build site and they usually tell you what tires come on specific models and options I know that there are been some issue with 22 models, like X3 4 M having some issue with type of tires. If yours is just a M model not 4M I suspect they are all season. Best to check BMW build site . with one caveat, the latest chip crises has caught a lot of things to change.

My MSport (pre-LCI, 30e, May 2020 build) came with Pirelli Cinturato P7s. I ticked the All Season option in the Builder.

Garage List
My 2021 X3 M40i has the 19" square setup, and came with the Bridgestone Alenza 001 RFT. Which I like quite a bit, especially considering the experience I had with RFTs in the past on my 335d. The wear seems to be even so far, so I haven't rotated them, and the treadwear seems decent so far at just under 11k miles. The handling is decent. Having said all that, if I can find a tire I like in 20" non-RFT for a square setup, I might use my OEM wheels for snow or all-terrain tires and get some upscale 20-inch wheels. That's after the OEM tires wear out, which I expect might be at under 20k or less.
