i tried to update europe route maps but stuck on activation screen.
I didn’t have the original FSC code. How could I at least minimum get the ”stock” map working?

I just posted a question in another thread, but wondering of how to update 2017 X3 (US based) with 2017-1 map version to 2020-1. Connected drive says I have an update available, but doesn't do anything.

Any help to shed the light on this would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

It's showing your map data is already 2020-01. You're already up to date, until they push 2020-2 to you.
