Thread for BMW driving events (with $1000 OL code)
I remember BMW used to hold these every summer at dealerships. It seems now they have changed and events are at random time at random locations.
Can we have a sticky thread at top for people to post new driving events? |

Currently there is a winter driving event in Northeast at several ski resorts. The OL code expires on 6/30 but appears to be valid only in some Northeast dealerships.

Most of these events are now invitations from BMW, directly to a specific targeted group. They are also regionalized as you see.. most of them are only good in certain states etc.
Also, BMW incentives are mostly regionalized. I notice that right now, for example, in some places in the mid west BMW offers 2.89% financing, but where I am in southern california, its 4.55%. So, have fun trying to catalog these things now. BMW is trying to make it as hard as possible for people to aggregate information on the internet, as its only relevant in "your area". |

I miss those driving events (Susan G. Komen, Supporting the Olympics, etc.) too ... they were a great way to test drive at my own pace and w/o sales expectations too. Those that come up now, for me, are so far away that its not worth considering the trip to attend.

But it seems they no longer hold them at dealerships, so likely a short trip is needed. BTW, in some events there will be staff sitting beside you when you test drive. |
