A little tricky but same as all the other paddles. Disconnect the battery and pop of off the airbag - remove bolts for existing paddles and swap out for these. There are a number of YouTube video tutorials on this. In hindsight I probably should have removed the wheel as well - would have been easier than working behind the wheel fixed in place.

Do you know the specifics of what he did? The reason I'm asking is because on the LCI the ECUs are locked. The only way to get it unlocked and flashed is by sending it to a company in Europe.

I really don’t know, when it comes to tuning an ecu, I just take the car to him and he does what he do, usually have it for a couple of weeks, he did the same for my 23 M3C xDrive and I managed to get it to 830 HP prob a little over, by tuning the ECU, Eventuri Intake, all CF parts to reduce weight, CF cooling shroud, Downpipe from IND, and charge air cooler manifold. A lot of money but worth it. Now I’m on to the X3MC which has as much potential as my M3.

So far, I have all CF parts on the X3MC, tuned, Eventuri intake, Charge air cooler manifold, Aluminum Engine support brace, and Center pipe non resonated. I’m waiting to put the CSL Yellow DRL LED on, I can’t wait. But I’ll ask my cousin for you and let you know. But yesterday I managed to hit 180 and it did so smoothly, the M Drivers Package was worth it!

I got the m40i at 25k miles and sold it 3 years later with 105,000 miles.

M3mc had 35k on the odometer. I put about 2k on it so far.
