I used BMW FS in order to get the $2500 rebate. I got 3.99% at 60 months which is kinda high but plan to refinance in 2-3 months with my bank to get 2.99 or so.

I guess it’s BMWs way to get back their $2500 discount.

$7500 drive off

Found more aggressive deals, upwards of 10.5% off MSRP plus rebates, however this was the exact build I wanted so didn't want to mess around spending more hours of precious time to save another thousand dollars. This price worked for me. I also like throwing down a bit of cash on my leases to get the monthly down and save on Interest against popular opinion.

XGoober alerted me about the ventilated seats I ordered on my build not being comparable to the regular seats due to the bolsters not being adjustable. I was initially SUPER SUPER bummed out about this!! I ended up test driving the car before hand to try them out and yes they are absolutely not as supportive as the regular seats, but I actually ended up really liking them since I'm a bigger dude 6'4" 250lb.. I've had the sport seats before, and this was definitely more comfortable having a bigger frame. Contrary to what I've read elsewhere here I can absolutely notice the difference with the ventilated seats keeping you cool as well. Could absolutely feel them working through jeans and hoodie. I do however think BMW is ridiculous allowing non adjustable bolsters to be placed in an M tuned car regardless of me actually liking them.

Great car all around, and very very fun to drive. One thing I would change with my build after owning it for a day, is to not get the executive package. Gesture control is a total joke 😂 Could have definitely saved some cash there. 🤦🏼*♂️
Please explain the $7500 "drive off". Shouldn't the "drive off" be $0.00 or just inceptions? $7500 seems like a raping.

Are these valid for F97 or just G01?

anyone know if BMW still offers the "pull ahead" for last 3 months lease payment? My lease is up in August but getting service today on my 2016 X3 and may be tempted to lease a new one now. Almost always tempted hehe!

Larger discount off MSRP and base money factor. Also get rid of maintenance agreement. Doubt you'd need it.

Also check if you can get more incentives such as loyalty, usaa, fleet, bmwcca, etc.

Has base money factor dropped in May? Someone on another forum indicated it did.

Good luck to those trying to get a m40i.

Got 3 quotes of over 1100/month in March. I couldn't have been more disappointed considering these were on their lots for months.
