I want to buy used bmw x3 2015 xDrive28i, I'm wondering if it's possible to add options that are missing? E.g. I really want "surround view" and side mirrors blind sport detectors.

A large number of expensive parts and extensive modifications would be necessary to add an option like surround view or blind spot monitors.

There are four cameras in the front, rear and below each side view mirror for surround view in addition to all the wiring, processing, software, switches and potentially a display.

The blind spot monitor may require different side view mirrors, sensors, processing, display capabilities and software.

These options are likely to be prohibitively expensive to add even if it is theoretically possible.
