The next X3 - whens it coming???
There doesnt appear to be much news around regarding the next X3, does anyone know when it is expected to arrive? My current lease on my F25 X3 ends in 13 months time by which point I was hoping the new model will be out but it looks increasingly unlikely.
May plump for a LC1 but sods law I get one of those and 6 months later the new one arrives making my 'new' car outdated straight away. There are other options such as the F-Pace that I may consider but my X3 has been a faultless unlike my previous Land Rover's so are quite keen to stick with the brand.

Lease up in 13 months/new X3
When the time gets near, talk to a couple of dealers and explain your situation and they may have options--extend your current car, or something. If the dealer knows that they have a sale in the bag, that may open up some options.

Interesting, so on the basis that production doesnt start until August 2017 I doubt any deliveries to the UK would be made until December 2017 at the earliest. Looks like I may be taking out a two year lease on another X3 to get me to March 2018, if I do i will definately be ticking the variable dampers box this time around... (unless I go down another route...)

I was of the impression that the G01 was for the 2017 model year, which would have been an April 2017 deliverable. Is it formally the 2018 model year? Based on what you guys are saying in this thread it seems to be the case.

Judging by how the past, the 5 series F10 was out mid 2010 and due replacement early 2017, to be shown to public toward end of this year, the X3 was out in Jan 2011 I guess a strong chance for it to be released 6 months after the 5 series like last time, i.e. 2nd half of 2017. With quite few cars now completing in this sector , the F Pace jag, Porsche and Audi’s will not be surprised if it is released early 2017.
