I was just wondering, when did BMW remove the rear seat release catches from the boot?

Yes, I was dissapointed to find my face lifted IX3 does not have this feature. I'm sure I watched a review on the pre-facelift model which featured the seat releases...

Are you talking about backrest tilt adjustment at rear seats? I have that feature in my car produced in 2023.
